The Havannah Resort, Vanuatu

Located in the beautiful Havannah Harbour region of Vanuatu, The Havannah Resort has commissioned Baldwin Aquatic to design and construct the swimming pool for their luxurious adults only resort.

Currently under construction the pool is ready for completion in early November.

The pool covers 500 square metres of area and is designed to maximise views across the harbour and take in the spectacular sunsets.

The lower level pool features a shallow shelf area with sunbaking beds and a swim up bar. The upper pool provides the guests of the pool edge bungalows with their own private pool beach area.

The pool will be the first of its kind in Vanuatu to be constructed from sprayed concrete. Extensive research and development with the local readymix plant was required to develop a suitable spray mix taking into consideration local raw materials.
