Working on this centre, Baldwin Aquatic created a multi-purpose facility that boasts two pools and a multitude of tailored features.

Baldwin Aquatic were behind the heated indoor aquatic facility in Forest Lake, on the western outskirts of Brisbane. The aquatic centre includes a 25m x 10m training pool, as well as a heated, 16m x 8m, learn-to-swim and exercise pool. The 25m pool has starting blocks, lane ropes and backstroke false start equipment.

Both pools are wet deck style, and the 25m pool has concealed balance tanks. Pool surround tiling is vitrified and non-slip, with a matt ivory, vitrified waterline tile. White pebble forms the interior finish, and a blue ceramic chip enhances the sky blue interior of the aquatic centre. The lanes and end target markings are black, vitrified 100mm x 100mm tile, and the multi-use, learn-to-swim/toddlers pool has lane rope anchors spaced along the 16m length, so the pool can easily be sectioned off.
